Customer Relations Officer
Viet Nga Vu (Emma) successfully manages customer relations by being a liaison between AVOCADOCARE and the customer. Emma monitors customer satisfaction and devises ways for AVOCADOCARE to better serve customers.
Emma’s responsibilities extend to ensuring that customers receive the quickest service possible, takes customer complaints to upper management when necessary, helps develop new products, services and promotions based on customer preferences and uses social media to help promote the company’s products and services.
Emma worked as a journalist and editor in the entertainment industry in Vietnam, she also worked as an event planner internally and did marketing in a publishing company. In Australia, Emma has worked with the elderly and people from multicultural backgrounds. Emma has three years’ experience in customer service.
Emma holds a Master of International Relations, Bachelor of Journalism and communication and a Diploma of Community Services.
